Novodmitrovskaya ulitsa. Go along it 200 meters, pass the front door Aeroelectromash (“Аэроэлектромаш”), then find yellow two-storey building with three iron doors. Enter the middle door with the sign O-Courier (“О-Курьер”) and go up to the second floor.

You will find yourself on Ulitsa Aleksandra Solzhenitsyna, go straight 600 meters, block 23 KА is on the left side of the road, in the middle of the courtyard.

Route: exit metro Tverskaya or Pushkinskaya. You should proceed on the left side of Tverskoy bulvar in the direction of the theatre MHAT Gorkogo (“МХАТ им.Горького”). Just before the theatre turn left to the yellow building with white columns. Entrance of the pick-up office is on the right side of the bulding, go down to the basement floor.

This delivery option is absolutely free and available for customers anywhere in Russia.

After you get the e-mail confirmation of the order you can print out the appropriate receipt from our site: for modification 17”-19” or for modification 19”-21”. This receipt can be paid via any bank (please note: banks usually charge 1-3% of the payment sum) or you can use internet online bank services.

As soon as the payment appears on our account we deliver your order and send you e-mail confirmation of the delivery. Standard shipment with the Russian Post takes from two to 4 weeks. You will get the notification that your order arrived at the local post office. Please note that your package will be stored there only for two weeks and it will be sent back to us if you do not get your order in time.

Warranty repair and return policy

You have the right to return your order at any time before you get it.

RUCAP Ltd. does not accept the return and exchange of proper goods according to the Russian Federation Government Resolution dated 19 January 1998 № 55 with new wording dated 27.03.2007 № 185.

In order to repair, return or exchange purchase of improper quality you have to:

• Fill the statement of return or exchange (Request for return/replacement/repair of improper product)
• Check that the packaging arrangement, all components and parts conform to initial state and technical description of the product
• Include previous Statements of repair under warranty
